[Description] Job Description:

Provide support for Learning Management System for the learner community
Course launch issues
PC/laptop setup issues
Network/performance issues
Login issues / password reset issues
Put up administrator access requests to Global Team and verification of their access profiles.
Validate CIS course attendance for batch upload from countries; advice users on any issues for rectification prior to upload.
Mass upload of course & assessment registration of learners.
Review the batch upload log files for errors and inform users of the outcome of the upload and the upload statistics.
Manual creation of learner profiles based on ad­hoc requests from countries.
Upload of learner’s training history into LMS for employee transfers into other regions. Send history reports upon request from other regions.
Liaise with country administrators for update of any missing data / invalid data
Conduct LMS Administrator training / Webex sessions for the new administrators in the region.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in IT/ Computer Science/ HR/any related course
  • years of experience on E­learning management implementation
  • Good work experience with different E­learning platforms
    Familiarity with HRIS, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage
    Good communication skills
