System Executive
[Description] Key Responsibilities

Provide end user computing support on Windows OS, mobile/tablet device support, PC/laptop installation, MS Office suites applications and enterprise IT applications.
Provide IT admin and day to day helpdesk support including the user account administration, respond to user requests & incident / problems raised via ITSM system, training to end users, etc.
Support teleconference, audio / visual infrastructure and services
Co ordinate and conduct regular attestation reviews as per policy and procedures
Work on system enhancements including review of workflow processes and manage projects when required

Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
  • years of relevant experience in IT end user support and operations
  • Sound Knowledge And Experience In Managing IT Solutions In The Following
    Windows 7 Enterprise OS, AirWatch Mobile Device Mgt, MS Lync, SCCM, MS BitLocker, MS WSUS, etc
    End point security: Anti virus / Spyware, Host base IPS
    Security patching, software installation, network/system troubleshooting and maintenance.
    Minimum 2 years of hands on experience in Project Management
    Possess certifications in MCSE, ITIL V3 will be an added advantage
    Good analytical skill and attention to details
    Able to work independently, in a matrix team and willing to work in Jurong Island and occasionally on weekends
    Good communication and interpersonal skills
