Global Customer Service Director

Position
With the launch of our new innovative product line Planon Universe we will reposition our full package of post-implementation services to our customers.
To lead this integration and further professionalize our business propositions in this area, we are looking for a Director Global Post-implementation Services.

In this role you will be responsible for the offering and execution of the Planon Global Post-implementation Services (after go-live). You will work closely together with the Sales teams in all our entities in large sales cycles to create growth in these services areas.
In this role you report directly to the CEO.

Key responsibilities

• Responsible for the offering and execution of the Planon Global Post-implementation Services (after go-live)
• Managing Post-implementation Services teams / Team leaders (HR responsible for teamleaders directly and for staff indirectly)
• Define market and business proposition of all post-implementation services which includes pricing models and sales materials
• Expand the post-implementation services to a truly global offering
• Pro-actively support of Account managers and Sales within the whole Planon Group in selling the post-implementation services through training, sales materials and accompanying them to customers in large sales processes
• Steering in optimization of Post-implementation Services organization, processes and tools (ISO certification of services)
• P&L Responsible for budget of the post-implementation Services teams
• Conduct the business according to applicable law and company rules
• Initiate process optimization on all above mentioned areas.

Required experiences / Key Competences

• 6 to 10 years work experience in a similar position with a clear focus on business development within a dynamic international organization
• Successful leader of teams and able to work together with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• Strong background in Business Development, leading services teams and change management
• Good stakeholder management
• Fluent in oral and writing in Dutch and English
